It’s here! I’m so proud to introduce you to my newest book on living the bucket list life, Bucket List Living For Moms: Become a More Adventurous Parent.
- It’s a guidebook with dozens of questions to help you formulate a meaningful list of what you want to experience and accomplish in your lifetime.
- It’s an instruction manual for assembling that list into the most inspiring, motivating form for you (digital or physical).
- It’s a resource for overcoming the challenges of busy family life to reach the goals that matter most to you in ways that increase your bonds with your kids.
- And it’s a quick read that will get you on the road to living the bucket list life right now, without delay.
Every day this week I hope you’ll stop back by to learn more and chime in on the discussions. I’ll be sharing book excerpts, bucket list creation prompts, the background behind my motivation for writing this book, and asking for your bucket list success stories.
And of course, a great celebration includes gifts (and prizes). My gift to you just for stopping by is a free downloadable poster. I’m also thrilled to be giving away a Kindle prize pack that includes:
- a Kindle 6″ WiFi e-reader
- a Kindle copy of Bucket List Living For Moms
- a digital Bucket List Living kit with the Family Bucket Lists e-book, Family Bucket List worksheet, & Bucket List Life Manifesto poster

I am excited by the Bucket List for Moms! I just completed a Bucket List family trip – visiting Field of Dreams in Dyersville, IA! We are planning a trip to New York and hope to accomplish visiting several Bucket List sites there!

This is inspiring me to dig deeper into what I like. Thanks Lara!
Lara Krupicka says
I love it, Colleen! I’ve never been to the Field of Dreams myself, but that would be cool. And New York is chock full of bucket list opportunities!

I’m so excited about this I can’t even begin to express it – I’m working on our bucket list family plans now and they include a trip to Hershey, Pennsylvania next year!
Lara Krupicka says
That’s great, Jenn! Hershey is on our family’s list too. I’m hoping we get there over spring break next year – maybe we’ll cross paths!
Jenn Greenleaf says
That would be so fun! 😀

I’m embarrassed to say I just saw your Bucket List Manifesto for the first time… and I LOVE it! The idea of “not yet” instead of “not ever” is so important. My kids enjoy cheering mom on while she pursues her goals. That encourages me to keep working toward my dreams even when life gets inconvenient. 🙂
Lara Krupicka says
Heidi – I’m glad it resonates with you. And clearly you’re a bucket list mom, enjoying all the benefits of living the dreams with your kids! Very cool!
Emily Neal says
I’m excited for you, Lara! I don’t have a bucket list, but I love all of your inspiring ideas!
Lara Krupicka says
Thanks so much, Emily. I have to say I’m surprised you don’t have a bucket list – you’re always so focused and going after goals.

I have a few things on a bucket list.. one is to live in a city for a year, but I keep changing my mind about which city.
Lara Krupicka says
Kelly – that is great! Maybe you need to create a separate list of cities to live in for a year each and then do them all. 🙂 And I’m with you on that goal. I love the bustle and energy of city life, but I wonder if after a year I’d be ready for quieter surroundings again. I hope you do get to check that one off your bucket list!

I had such great results after using the exercises in the first book that I’m really excited about the second book. I just wrote a blog post about it. I am certain I would not have even gotten tickets to the Katy Perry concert with my daughter, if I had not done the Family Bucket Lists exercises with my family. Highly recommend all of Lara’s books and I can personally vouch that they are well-written! 🙂
Lara Krupicka says
Thank you, Christina! Your blog post brought tears to my eyes. And I can personally vouch that my books have been well-edited. 😉

Lara, Just loved the Manifesto! I have always tried to be an “adventurer” but think in the last few years that has waned a tad. Seeing your goals in writing definitely brings them to life more to me than just thinking or discussing them. In 2015 and early 2016 we are traveling. Next summer we will do the national parks in southern Utah for almost 2 weeks and in the spring off to somewhere warm and tropical. Really only have 2 more years with both kids and want to make the most of it. No regrets.
You are so talented!
Laura

It’s past time for me to start a bucket list.

Unless you’ve kicked the bucket, it’s never too late. Right?
